A practical path for growing audiences in Poole

Lighthouse is a multi-arts venue, with over 540 shows a year and a busy programme of creative development work with community, young people and artists. They wanted an audience development plan that was powered by the whole team and connected to their overarching business plan. We worked with their data and across their whole team to design an audience strategy that fitted their needs and reflected the needs of Poole.

The Lighthouse have been fast adopters of the work – and in a few months have made huge changes to their visitor experience, their communications and how they shape their decision-making.
