Making a step-change
The team at Oxford Playhouse wanted to take their audience strategy to the next level – thinking about what they wanted for the future of the organisation, and what that required for them to do right now. Using their insight as a basis, we framed a series of strategic questions that enabled them to make much more strategic audience-centred decisions.
With a small team it was important that this work was not only strategic, but practical and actionable, so we spent time thinking how to break up the work into manageable chunks.
