Chatsworth House Trust, Derbyshire

Embedding a new way of thinking at a UK landmark

The project at Chatsworth House, run with Baker Richards, was over a year in the making. A hugely rewarding project, it involved designing a bespoke segmentation for the organisation – where Sarah Chambers Consulting were directly responsible for all areas of qualitative research, consultation and implementation. Once the new segmentation and strategy was introduced, the organisation never looked back – using it to devise new events, curate exhibitions, design experiences and change comms.

We are particularly proud of this project and are still working with Chatworth on new ways to listen and integrate their audience into everything they do.

“Sarah has been inspirational in her ability to turn deep insights into strategy, bringing our segmentation vibrantly to life for our diverse colleague and stakeholder groups. Sarah’s facilitation is masterful; she has worked closely with our audiences and across all levels of the organisation, always tailoring her approach to maximise engagement.”
