Framing the problem and working toward a solution for this dance organisation

The Place wanted to have an open dialogue internally about the opportunities and challenges for audience engagement, sales and growth. The brief was to provide the senior team with a situation analysis and, using that to frame conversations, hold a workshop with marketing and programming to rethink and reframe the positioning of the theatre, and give recommendations on where to prioritise their resource and energy.
