Putting audiences at the heart of Dublin’s National Treasure
Together with Baker Richards, Sarah Chambers Consulting worked on a 18-month project for NCH – developing a bespoke segmentation. We brought the segmentation to life for the teams, with qualitative research to really enhance the segmentation pen portraits.
We used the segmentation as the common language for teams, at a time of change, and that in turn supported them through a variety of campaign and business planning cycles. With a huge capital project underway to develop the site, our thinking and deeply embedding work has been a solid foundation for bold audience centred decision-making.
