A bright future for a new venue

Together with regular collaborator Andrea Nixon, we worked with The Box – the award-winning new museum, archive and art gallery – on their first audience strategy. This intensive piece of work involved data analysis, stakeholder consultation, focus groups, and staff strategy sessions.

The organisation have seen record breaking visitor numbers this year, and we are so pleased that the recommendations are rolling out. Since developing that strategy, we been asked back to support the leadership team in conducting an economic impact study and commercial review.
